How to reset the password of an IP camera
There are two methods on how to reset the password of an IP camera.

Restore the initial password by resetting the camera to its default factory settings. To do this, press and hold the reset button for about 15 seconds.
Getting Assistance from Technical Support
- Download the Tools software provided by Technical Support.
- Open the tool and click on the Search button to find the camera’s Device ID and Device Date.
- Contact Technical Support and provide the Device ID and Device Date for password assistance.
- A temporary password will be provided, valid until 11:59 PM on the same date.
- Dostop do kamere web interface using the temporary password and follow the prompts to change your password.
