Start by attaching the supporting feet to the base mechanism. Slide the backrest into the metal slots of the seat until it clicks securely, then attach the side ears. Finally, connect all the necessary color-coded wires for the motor, remote, and power source.
First, check that all wires connecting the backrest, motor, and control panel are secure. Ensure the power source is properly plugged into a working wall outlet and check if the indicator light on the transformer is illuminated.
If the massage function isn't working, verify that the dedicated wire for the remote is securely connected to the backrest. Also, check that the main power source is firmly connected.
