Press and hold the Home button on the new remote for at least 10 seconds. The LED will slowly flash amber, then rapidly flash indicating it has been successfully paired. A notification will also appear on your TV screen.
Plug the included HDMI cable into the eARC/ARC port on your TV and connect the other end to the soundbar. Ensure your TV's HDMI CEC setting is enabled so you can control it with your main remote.
First, replace the batteries with new 1.5V alkaline or 1.2V NiMH batteries. If it still fails, unplug your Fire TV device from power for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and press and hold the Home button for 10 seconds to re-pair it.
Ask Alexa from any compatible smart device 'Alexa, find my remote' or use the Remote Finder button within the Fire TV mobile app. Note that the Fire TV device must be powered on for this feature to work.
