Corten steel requires very little upkeep since it is designed to naturally develop a protective rust patina with age and use. You can lightly clean it with a dry wire brush or damp krpo.
For stainless steel parts, clean with warm water and dish soap, or use a dedicated stainless steel cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend.
