1. Uvod

The Heybike YM1 is an electric mountain bike designed for adults, featuring a powerful motor, a removable battery, and front suspension for versatile riding conditions.

4. Navodila za montažo

Your Heybike YM1 Electric Bike comes 90% pre-assembled. The final assembly process is straightforward and typically involves attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat.

Koraki sestavljanja:

1. Razpakiranje: Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for potential returns or future transport.
2. Namestitev krmila: Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring they are centered and tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfort.
3. Namestitev sprednjega kolesa: Install the front wheel, ensuring the disc brake rotor is correctly seated within the caliper. Secure the wheel with the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.
4. Namestitev pedala: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the threads before installation.
5. Sedežna opora in sedež: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height for a comfortable riding position. Secure with the quick-release lever.

5. Upravljanje baterije

The Heybike YM1 is powered by a 48V 10Ah (480WH) removable lithium-ion battery. Proper battery care ensures longevity and optimal performance.

Polnjenje baterije:

• Čas polnjenja: Popolna napolnjenost običajno traja 5-6 ure.
• Polnilec: Use only the original charger provided by Heybike.
• Lokacija polnjenja: Baterijo polnite v suhem, dobro prezračevanem prostoru, stran od vnetljivih materialov.
• Zaščita pred prekomernim polnjenjem: The battery is equipped with overcharge protection, but it is recommended to disconnect the charger once fully charged.

Odstranitev in namestitev baterije:

The battery is designed for easy removal, allowing for off-bike charging or secure storage.

1. Odstranitev: Turn the key to unlock the battery, then carefully slide it out of its compartment.
2. Namestitev: Slide the battery back into the compartment until it clicks into place. Turn the key to lock it securely.

Vzdrževanje baterije:

• Ko baterije ne uporabljate, jo hranite na hladnem in suhem mestu.
• Izogibajte se rednemu popolnemu praznjenju baterije. Napolnite jo po vsaki vožnji ali ko je raven napolnjenosti nizka.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50-70% and recharge every 2-3 months.

6. Upravljanje električnega kolesa

6.1 Vklop/izklop

6.3 Načini vožnje

The Heybike YM1 offers four riding modes:

1. Način pedala: Ride like a traditional bicycle with no electric assistance.
2. PAS (Pedal Assist System) Mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Select from levels 1 to 3, with higher levels offering more assistance.
3. Čisto električni način: Use the twist throttle to engage the motor without pedaling. The bike will move solely on electric power.
4. Kombinirani način PAS in električni sistem: Combines pedal assistance with throttle control for extended range and reduced fatigue.

6.4 Prestavljanje

The 7-speed Shimano gear system allows you to adjust your pedaling effort to match terrain and speed.

• Use the trigger shifter on the handlebar to change gears.
• Shift to lower gears (larger cogs) for easier pedaling on inclines.
• Shift to higher gears (smaller cogs) for faster speeds on flat terrain.
• Always pedal lightly when shifting gears for smooth transitions.

6.5 Zavorni sistem

The Heybike YM1 is equipped with efficient dual disc brakes for reliable stopping power.

• The left lever controls the front brake, and the right lever controls the rear brake (standard configuration).
• Apply both brakes simultaneously for optimal stopping performance and control.
• Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially the front brake, to prevent skidding or loss of control.

7. Vzdrževanje in nega

Redno vzdrževanje zagotavlja dolgo življenjsko dobo in varno delovanje vašega električnega kolesa.

• Čiščenje: Kolo redno čistite z oglasomamp krpo in blagim milom. Izogibajte se neposrednemu čiščenju električnih komponent z visokotlačno vodo.
• Pnevmatike: Maintain recommended tire pressure (indicated on the tire sidewall). Check for punctures or excessive wear.
