2. Varnostne informacije

4. Nastavitev

Follow these steps for initial setup of your laser engraver:

1. Razpakiranje in namestitev: Napravo previdno vzemite iz embalaže. Postavite jo na stabilno, ravno površino v dobro prezračenem prostoru.
2. Priključek izpušnega sistema: Connect the provided exhaust fan and ducting to the machine's exhaust port to vent fumes outdoors.
3. Sistem vodnega hlajenja: Connect the water pump to the laser tube's inlet and outlet ports. Ensure the water reservoir is filled with distilled water and the pump is submerged.
4. Priključek za pomoč pri zračnem hlajenju: Connect the air assist hose to the laser head.
5. Napajanje in USB priključek: Connect the power cable to a grounded outlet and the USB cable to your computer.
6. Namestitev programske opreme: Install the LightBurn software on your computer. Refer to the LightBurn documentation for detailed installation and configuration instructions.

5. Navodila za uporabo

Operating your OMTech laser engraver involves preparing your design, setting parameters, and initiating the engraving/cutting process.

1. Nalaganje materiala: Place your material onto the honeycomb or blade bed. Ensure it lies flat for consistent results. The two-way pass-through doors allow for larger items.
2. Manual Focus Workbed: Adjust the workbed height to achieve the perfect focal distance for your material. This is crucial for engraving quality.
3. Design Preparation (LightBurn): Import or create your design in LightBurn. Adjust size, position, and assign layers for engraving or cutting.
4. Nastavitev parametrov: For engraving, adjust speed (up to 23.6 ips / 600 mm/s) and power settings based on material type and desired depth. For cutting, set appropriate speed and power to achieve a clean cut.
5. Initiate Process: Send the job to the laser engraver from LightBurn. Monitor the process closely.
