1. Varnostna navodila

Please read all instructions carefully before using the KOIOS EM621 Espresso Machine. Retain this manual for future reference.

1.1 Splošna varnost

2.1 Komponente

3. Nastavitev

3.1 Začetno čiščenje

1. Odstranite ves embalažni material.
2. Wash the water tank, portafilter, filters, measuring spoon, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

3.2 Polnjenje rezervoarja za vodo

1. Remove the water tank from the back of the machine using its handle.

Before first use, or if the machine has not been used for a long time, prime the system:

4. Press the 1-cup button. Water will flow through the portafilter. Let it run for about 30 seconds.

6. Turn the function knob back to the neutral position. The machine is now primed.

4. Navodila za uporabo

4.1 Priprava espressa

1. Predgrevanje: Turn on the machine. Ensure the function knob is set to "Coffee". Wait for the indicator light to turn solid, indicating the machine is preheated.
2. Priprava kave: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine espresso grind. Fill the appropriate filter basket (1-cup or 2-cup) with ground coffee.
3. Tamp: Uporabite tamper to press the coffee grounds firmly and evenly into the filter basket. Ensure the surface is level.
4. Pritrditev prenosnega filtra: Insert the portafilter into the group head and twist it firmly to the right until it is securely locked.

5. Allow the machine to complete the cycle, or continue cleaning until the water tank is empty.
