6. Vzdrževanje

6.1 Čiščenje tiskalne glave

To ensure consistent print quality, regularly clean the thermal print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampz izopropilnim alkoholom. Nežno obrišite površino tiskalne glave. Ne uporabljajte abrazivnih materialov ali agresivnih kemikalij.

6.2 Label Storage

Store thermal labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. The recommended storage humidity is 20%-85%. Improper storage can affect label quality and printer performance.

7. Odpravljanje težav

• Tiskalnik se ne povezuje prek Bluetootha: Ensure the printer is powered on and within range. Restart both the printer and your mobile device. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try reconnecting through the "Print Master" app.
• Printer not connecting via USB: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the PC. Verify that the "Label life" software and drivers are correctly installed. Try a different USB port or cable.
• Slaba kakovost tiska: Check if the thermal labels are loaded correctly with the printing side facing up. Clean the thermal print head as described in Section 6.1. Ensure you are using high-quality thermal labels.
