This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Ariete Moderna Slim Espresso Machine, model 1381/14. Please read all instructions carefully before first use and keep this manual for future reference.

- Nadzorna plošča: Includes power button, single shot button, double shot button, and steam button.

Nastavitev

- Polnjenje rezervoarja za vodo:Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level. Replace the tank securely. The tank has a 1.1 liter capacity.

- Začetni cikel izpiranja: Before making coffee, perform an initial rinse.

- Press the power button to turn on the machine. Wait for the indicator lights to stop flashing, indicating the machine is heated.
- Press the single shot button to dispense water. Repeat this process a few times to prime the system.
Navodila za uporabo
Priprava espressa (mlete kave)
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is preheated (indicator lights solid).
- Vstavite želeni filter (enojni ali dvojni) v prenosni filter.
- Add finely ground coffee to the filter. For a single shot, use approximately 7g; for a double shot, use approximately 14g. Tamp kavo enakomerno zamper.

- After brewing, carefully remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.
Priprava espressa (ESE kapsule)
- Use the specific filter for ESE pods.
- Place one ESE pod into the filter.
- Follow steps 4-7 from the "Making Espresso (Ground Coffee)" section.
Making Cappuccino / Steaming Milk
- Prepričajte se, da je naprava vklopljena in predhodno ogreta.
- Vrč napolnite s hladnim mlekom (mlečnim ali nemlečnim) do približno ene tretjine.
- Pritisnite gumb za paro (steam icon) on the control panel. The indicator light will flash, then become solid when the machine reaches steaming temperature.

- Turn the steam knob clockwise to stop the steam.

Vzdrževanje in čiščenje

- Dnevno čiščenje:
- Po vsaki uporabi izpraznite in sperite pladenj za kapljanje.
- Portafilter in košaro filtra očistite po vsaki uporabi.
- Wipe the steam wand immediately after frothing milk.
- Obrišite zunanjost stroja z oglasomamp krpo.

- Odstranjevanje vodnega kamna: Over time, mineral deposits can build up. Descale your machine every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water. Use a commercial descaling solution specifically designed for espresso machines and follow the product's instructions.
- Samodejno izklop: The machine features an automatic shut-off after 25 minutes of inactivity to save energy.
