This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your artfone S401 3G/2G Unlocked Senior Flip Cell Phone. Please read it thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper operation and to understand all features.

4. Nastavitev
4.1. Namestitev kartice SIM
- Prepričajte se, da je telefon izklopljen.
- Odstranite zadnji pokrov telefona.
- Previdno odstranite baterijo.
- Locate the SIM card slot (refer to Figure 3.3).
- Insert your 3G/2G compatible SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the cut corner aligned as indicated.
- (Optional) If using a microSD card for additional storage, insert it into the designated slot.
4.2. Namestitev baterije
- After inserting the SIM card, place the battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the gold contacts on the battery align with the contacts in the phone.
- Replace the back cover, pressing gently until it clicks into place.
4.3. Polnjenje telefona
Before first use, fully charge the phone battery.
- Uporaba polnilne enote: Place the phone into the charging cradle (refer to Figure 3.1). Ensure the phone is seated correctly and the charging indicator appears on the screen.
- Uporaba kabla USB: Connect the USB cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
5. Navodila za uporabo
5.1. Vklop/izklop
- Za vklop: Pritisnite in držite Vklop/konec klica gumb (rdeči gumb), dokler se zaslon ne prižge.
- Za izklop: Pritisnite in držite Vklop/konec klica Pritisnite tipko , dokler se ne prikažejo možnosti izklopa, nato izberite »Izklop«.
5.2. Klicanje
- Odprite preklopni telefon.
- S tipkovnico vnesite telefonsko številko.
- Pritisnite Pokliči gumb (zeleni gumb), da začnete klic.
- Če želite končati klic, pritisnite Vklop/konec klica gumb.
5.3. Sprejemanje klicev
- When the phone rings, open the flip to answer, or press the Pokliči gumb.

5.4. Sporočila (SMS)

- Type your message using the keypad. Press the # key to switch input modes (e.g., ABC, Abc, abc, 123).

5.5 Funkcija klica v sili SOS
The SOS button is located on the back of the phone (refer to Figure 3.4). It allows for quick contact with pre-set emergency numbers.
- Nastavitev številk za klic v sili: Pojdi na Menu > SOS Setting. You can set up to 5 emergency contacts.
- Aktiviranje SOS-a: Pritisnite in držite SOS button for 3-5 seconds. The phone will automatically call the pre-set numbers in sequence until one is answered. It will also send an emergency SMS to these contacts.
5.6. Hitro klicanje
Assign frequently called numbers to specific keys for quick dialing.
- Setting Speed Dial: Pojdi na Menu > Contacts > Options > Speed Dial. Assign contacts to keys 2-9. Keys A and B can also be assigned.
- Uporaba hitrega klicanja: In standby mode, press and hold the assigned number key (e.g., '2') to dial the corresponding contact.
5.7. Time Reporting Button

5.8. Basic Menu Navigation
Use the navigation keys (up, down, left, right) and the OK button (center button) to browse through the phone's menu options. The Nazaj button typically returns to the previous screen.
