1. Razpakiranje in pregled

Upon receiving your watch, carefully remove it from its packaging. Inspect the watch for any visible damage. The watch comes in a protective box.

2. Navijanje ure

Your Orient Defender II is an automatic watch, meaning it is powered by the motion of your wrist. However, for initial startup or after a period of inactivity, manual winding is recommended:

1. Ensure the crown is in the normal (pushed-in) position.

3. Nastavitev časa

1. Pull the crown out to the second click position (farthest out). The second hand will stop (hacking feature).
2. Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands clockwise until the desired time is set. Pay attention to the 24-hour sub-dial to distinguish between AM and PM.
3. Once the time is set, push the crown back into the normal position.

Important: Do not set the date or day between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this can damage the movement. If you need to set the date/day during this period, first set the time outside this window (e.g., to 6:00 AM), adjust the date/day, then reset the time to the current time.

When fully wound, the watch has a power reserve that allows it to run for approximately 40 hours without further motion. If the watch stops, simply wind it manually as described in the "Setup" section or wear it for a few hours to restart the movement.

This watch has a water resistance rating of 100 meters (330 feet). This makes it suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but it is not recommended for scuba diving.
