5. Navodila za uporabo
5.1. Preparing the Motorcycle
- Ensure the motorcycle is stable on its kickstand or center stand (if applicable) before positioning the lift.
- Identify a suitable, flat, and strong contact point on the motorcycle's frame or engine casing where the lift's contact surface can safely support the weight. Avoid exhaust pipes, oil pans, or other fragile components.
5.2. Positioning the Lift
- Roll the scissor lift under the motorcycle, aligning its large contact surface (67x35cm) with the chosen support points on the motorcycle's underside.
- Ensure the motorcycle is centered on the lift's contact surface to maintain balance during lifting.
- Once positioned, secure the motorcycle to the lift using tensioning belts. This is crucial for stability and safety.

5.3. Raising the Motorcycle
- With the motorcycle securely strapped to the lift, operate the hydraulic pump pedal using your foot.
- Pump the pedal steadily to gradually raise the motorcycle.
- Monitor the motorcycle's stability throughout the lifting process. If any instability is observed, immediately stop and re-secure the motorcycle.
- Raise the motorcycle to the desired working height, up to a maximum of 42 cm.
- Once at the desired height, engage the safety locking mechanism (if present) to prevent accidental lowering.

5.4. Lowering the Motorcycle
- Ensure the work area around the motorcycle is clear.
- Disengage any safety locking mechanisms.
- Slowly open the hand valve on the hydraulic pump to gradually lower the motorcycle. Do not open the valve too quickly, as this can cause a rapid descent.
- Guide the motorcycle down until it rests securely on the ground or its stand.
- Once fully lowered, release the tensioning belts and carefully roll the lift away.

6. Vzdrževanje
- Čiščenje: Keep the lift clean and free from dirt, grease, and debris. Wipe down surfaces with a damp krpo.
- Mazanje: Periodically lubricate pivot points and moving parts with a suitable grease to ensure smooth operation.
- Hidravlična tekočina: Check the hydraulic fluid level regularly. If low, refill with a high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Consult a professional if you suspect a leak.
- Pregled: Before each use, inspect all bolts, nuts, and pins for tightness. Check for any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage to the frame, contact surfaces, or hydraulic components.
- Shranjevanje: When not in use, store the lift in a dry, clean environment. For long-term storage (hibernation), it is recommended to use tensioning belts to secure the motorcycle if it remains on the lift.
7. Odpravljanje težav
- Lift does not raise:
- Check hydraulic fluid level and refill if necessary.
- Ensure the hand valve is fully closed.
- Inspect for hydraulic leaks.
- Lift lowers too quickly:
- The hand valve may be opened too far. Close it partially to control the descent rate.
- Internal hydraulic seal issue (requires professional service).
- Lift is unstable:
- Ensure the lift is on a flat, level surface.
- Verify the motorcycle is centered and securely strapped to the lift.
- Check for damaged or bent components.
