4. Nastavitev

4.1. Namestitev baterij

1. Odprite pokrov predalčka za baterije na zadnji strani monitorja.
2. Vstavite štiri (4) baterije tipa AA in pri tem pazite na pravilno polarnost (+/-).
3. Trdno zaprite pokrov prostora za baterije.

4.2. Pritrditev manšete za roko

1. Poiščite priključek zračne cevi na manšeti za roko.
2. Firmly insert the air tube connector into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor. Ensure a snug fit.

5. Navodila za uporabo

5.1. Pred meritvijo

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
• Rest for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
• Sedite v udoben položaj s podprtim hrbtom in stopali na tleh.

5.2. Namestitev manšete za roko

2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) above your elbow. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, securing it with the hook-and-loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

5.3. Merjenje

1. With the cuff correctly applied and your arm positioned, press the START gumb.
2. The cuff will automatically inflate to a suitable level. The monitor uses advanced technology to customize inflation for comfort.
3. Once inflation is complete, the cuff will slowly deflate, and your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the large LCD screen.
4. The monitor will also display a colored gauge next to the readings to help interpret the result.
5. If an irregular heartbeat is detected, an indicator will appear on the display.

5.4. Razumevanje odčitkov

6.1. Dostop do shranjenih odčitkov

1. Pritisnite MEM button when the monitor is off.
2. The display will show the average of the last three readings.
3. Pritisnite MEM button repeatedly to scroll through individual stored measurements, from most recent to oldest.
4. Each measurement will display the blood pressure, pulse rate, and the date/time it was taken.

7. Vzdrževanje

7.1. Čiščenje naprave

• Monitor in manšeto obrišite z mehko, suho krpo.
• Po potrebi uporabite rahlo damp krpo z blagim milom, nato pa obrišite do suhega.
• Ne uporabljajte abrazivnih čistil, topil in naprave ne potapljajte v vodo.

7.2. Shranjevanje

• Store the device and cuff in the provided carrying case when not in use.
• Hranite na hladnem in suhem mestu, stran od neposredne sončne svetlobe in ekstremnih temperatur.
• Odstranite baterije, če naprave ne boste uporabljali dlje časa.
