• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the lock yourself. Contact qualified service personnel.

3. Nastavitev in namestitev

Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance of your GATEMAN WF20 lock. It is recommended to have the lock installed by a qualified professional.

3.1 Namestitev baterije

1. Remove the battery cover from the interior unit.
2. Vstavite štiri (4) nove alkalne baterije AA in pri tem pazite na pravilno polarnost (+/-).
3. Replace the battery cover. The lock will emit a sound indicating it is powered on.

3.2 Initial Setup and Master PIN Registration

Upon first power-up or after a factory reset, you must register a Master PIN code.

1. Odprite pokrov baterije na notranji enoti.
2. Press the [Registration] button (usually located near the battery compartment).
3. On the front keypad, enter your desired 4-12 digit Master PIN code.
4. Press the [*] button to confirm.
5. Re-enter the Master PIN code.
6. Press the [*] button to confirm. A confirmation sound will indicate successful registration.

Opomba: The Master PIN code is essential for managing other user PINs and fingerprints. Keep it confidential.

4.1 Odklepanje s prstnim odtisom

1. Registriran prst položite ravno na bralnik prstnih odtisov.
2. Hold your finger steady until the lock emits a confirmation sound and unlocks.

4.2 Odklepanje s PIN kodo

1. Dotaknite se tipkovnice, da jo aktivirate.
2. Enter your registered 4-12 digit PIN code.
3. Press the [*] button. The lock will emit a confirmation sound and unlock.

4.3 Zaklepanje vrat

• Samodejno zaklepanje: The lock is set to automatically lock after a few seconds when the door is closed.
• Manual Locking (from outside): Touch the keypad or press the '#' button.
• Manual Locking (from inside): Press the 'OPEN/CLOSE' button or turn the manual thumb turn.

4.4 Registering User Fingerprints

1. Odprite pokrov baterije in pritisnite gumb [Registracija].
2. Enter the Master PIN code followed by the [*] button.
3. Follow the voice prompts or indicator lights to register the fingerprint. Typically, you will be asked to scan the finger multiple times.
4. Press the [Registration] button again to exit registration mode.

4.5 Registering User PIN Codes

1. Odprite pokrov baterije in pritisnite gumb [Registracija].
2. Enter the Master PIN code followed by the [*] button.
3. Enter the desired 4-12 digit user PIN code.
4. Press the [*] button to confirm.
5. Re-enter the user PIN code.
6. Press the [*] button to confirm. A confirmation sound will indicate successful registration.
7. Press the [Registration] button again to exit registration mode.

5. Vzdrževanje

5.1 Zamenjava baterije

The lock will provide a low battery warning (audible alarm or indicator light) when batteries are running low. Replace all four AA batteries promptly.

1. Odstranite pokrov baterije na notranji enoti.
2. Odstranite vse stare baterije.
3. Insert four (4) new AA alkaline batteries, observing correct polarity.
4. Zamenjajte pokrov baterije.

Opomba: Your registered PIN codes and fingerprints will be retained during battery replacement.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the finish and electronic components.
• Keep the fingerprint scanner and keypad clean and free of dust or debris for optimal performance.
