Nastavitev

1. Razpakiranje in namestitev

Carefully remove the espresso machine from its packaging. Ensure all packing materials are removed. Place the machine on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight (Net 88lb / Gross 110lb). Allow adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access for operation and maintenance.

2. Vodni priključek

The machine requires a direct water connection. Use the provided installation kit (fittings and hoses) to connect the machine to a potable water supply. It is recommended to install the included 8-liter water softener to protect the machine from scale buildup and ensure optimal water quality for espresso extraction. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.

3. Napajalni priključek

Connect the power cord to a grounded 120V / 60Hz / 13Amp electrical outlet. Ensure the electrical supply meets the machine's requirements to prevent damage or malfunction.

1. Prvi zagon

1. Ensure the water supply is open and the machine is connected to power.
2. Turn on the main power switch. The boiler will begin to fill and heat. Monitor the boiler pressure gauge.
3. Once the machine reaches operating temperature and pressure, purge the group head by running a small amount of water through it without a portafilter.

2. Programming Dosing

The digital control pad allows for programmable dosing for four cup sizes, continuous brewing, and a stop button. Refer to the specific programming instructions provided with your machine for detailed steps on setting desired volumetric doses for single and double shots.

3. Priprava espressa

1. Insert the desired coffee basket into the portafilter.
2. Grind fresh coffee beans and fill the basket, tamping evenly.
3. Attach the portafilter securely to the group head.
