Priključitev ročnika

  1. Identify the correct connector type on your dental unit (2-hole Borden or 4-hole Midwest).
  2. Align the handpiece connector with the corresponding port on the dental unit hose.
  3. Push firmly until the handpiece is securely seated. For 2-hole and 4-hole connections, ensure the air and water lines are correctly aligned.

Vstavljanje burja

  1. Ensure the handpiece is disconnected from the air supply or the foot pedal is not engaged.
  2. Press the push-button cap at the back of the handpiece head.
  3. Insert the dental bur fully into the chuck.
  4. Release the push-button cap to lock the bur in place. Gently pull on the bur to confirm it is securely locked.

  • Before each use, verify that the bur is securely fastened.
  • Check for proper air and water spray function. The handpiece features 6 sprays (3 air, 3 water) for optimal cooling and debris removal.
  • Confirm the LED light is functioning. The handpiece has a built-in electric generator that powers the LED using air pressure.

Delovanje

  1. Activate the dental unit's foot pedal to initiate air flow to the handpiece.
  2. The handpiece will begin to rotate, and the LED light will illuminate.
  3. Adjust air pressure and water flow as needed via the dental unit controls.
  4. Apply gentle, controlled pressure during dental procedures.
  5. After use, release the foot pedal to stop rotation and turn off the LED.

5. Maintenance and Sterilization

Čiščenje

  1. Immediately after each use, remove the bur.
  2. Wipe the exterior of the handpiece with a soft cloth dampened with a suitable disinfectant solution.
  3. Clean the spray nozzles with a cleaning wire if necessary to prevent clogging.

Mazanje

  • Lubricate the handpiece regularly according to the manufacturer's recommendations for dental handpiece oils.
  • Apply lubricant to the air drive tube and the bur chuck.
  • Run the handpiece briefly after lubrication to distribute the oil.

Sterilizacija

The handpiece is designed for steam sterilization (autoclaving). Follow these steps:

  1. Clean and lubricate the handpiece as described above.
