3. Install the Storage Base: Place the base panels for the storage compartment into the designated slots within the bed frame. These panels form the bottom of the storage area.
4. Attach the Slatted Base and Lifting Mechanism: Secure the slatted base frame to the bed frame using the provided hardware. Attach the gas lift mechanism according to the detailed diagram in your separate assembly guide. Ensure the mechanism operates smoothly before proceeding.

Operating the Storage Bed

The sweeek Avalon storage bed features a convenient gas lift mechanism for easy access to the under-bed storage compartment.

• Za odpiranje: Remove the mattress from the bed. Grasp the fabric handle located at the foot end of the slatted base. Gently lift the base upwards. The gas lift mechanism will assist in raising and holding the base in the open position.
• Zapreti: Grasp the fabric handle and gently pull the slatted base downwards. Apply slight pressure to overcome the gas lift resistance until the base fully lowers and rests securely on the bed frame.
