4. Nastavitev
4.1. Namestitev baterije
- Odprite pokrov predalčka za baterije na zadnji strani monitorja.
- Insert the specified type and number of batteries (e.g., 4 x AA batteries) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).
- Trdno zaprite pokrov prostora za baterije.
4.2. Priključek za manšeto
- Insert the air plug of the cuff into the air jack on the side of the monitor. Ensure it is firmly connected.
- The cuff is designed for upper arm circumference between 22-42 cm. Ensure the cuff size is appropriate for your arm.

5. Navodila za uporabo
5.1. Pred meritvijo
- 30 minut pred meritvijo se izogibajte hrani, pitju alkohola, kajenju, vadbi in kopanju.
- Pred meritvijo počivajte vsaj 5 minut.
- Sedite v udoben položaj s podprtim hrbtom in stopali na tleh.
- Roko položite na ravno površino, tako da je manšeta v višini srca.
- Ensure clothing does not restrict your arm.
5.2. Merjenje
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
- Pritisnite START/STOP gumb. Manšeta se bo samodejno napihnila in merjenje se bo začelo.
- Med merjenjem bodite mirni in ne govorite.
- Ko je meritev končana, se na zaslonu prikažejo sistolični in diastolični tlak ter srčni utrip.
- Pritisnite START/STOP ponovno pritisnite gumb, da izklopite napravo, sicer se bo po določenem času neaktivnosti samodejno izklopila.

5.3. Funkcija pomnilnika
The device stores up to 99 measurements for two users. To review pretekla branja:
- Pritisnite Spomin button (often indicated by a person icon or 'M').
- Use the user selection button (if available, often another person icon) to switch between User 1 and User 2.
- Pritisnite Spomin button repeatedly to scroll through stored readings.
6. Vzdrževanje in shranjevanje
- Monitor in manšeto očistite z mehko, suho krpo. Ne uporabljajte abrazivnih čistil in naprave ne potapljajte v vodo.
- Napravo shranjujte na hladnem in suhem mestu, stran od neposredne sončne svetlobe in ekstremnih temperatur.
- Če naprave ne boste uporabljali dlje časa, odstranite baterije, da preprečite puščanje.
- Do not fold the cuff too tightly or twist the air tube.
