4.2 Pre-Operation Check and Adjustment

5.2 Making Soy Milk

3. Slowly pour the soaked beans into the feeding funnel. It is recommended to add a small amount of beans multiple times for optimal grinding.
4. The machine will grind the beans and separate the soy milk from the pulp. Collect the soy milk from the Soymilk Outlet.
5. After grinding, boil the raw soy milk for a few minutes to ensure it is safe for consumption. Skim off any foam that forms during boiling.
6. Add sugar or other flavorings according to personal taste.

5.3 Making Tofu

The machine can also be used to prepare tofu. You will need a tofu coagulant and a tofu press kit (not included with the soy milk maker).

1. Prepare fresh soy milk using the machine as described above.
2. Boil the soy milk and stir to prevent burning. Remember to remove any foam.
3. Let the boiled soy milk cool down to 80-90°C (176-194°F).
4. Prepare a solution with your tofu coagulant (e.g., lactone powder) by following its package instructions.
5. Pour the soy milk into the coagulant solution and stir for about 40 seconds.
6. Cover the mixture and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until it solidifies into a tofu mixture.
7. Line your tofu press with a filter cloth. Gently transfer the solidified tofu mixture into the lined tofu press.
8. Cover the tofu by folding the filter cloth over it. Place the tofu press lid on top.
9. Place a weight on top of the tofu press and let it sit for 10-30 minutes. The longer it's pressed, the firmer the tofu will become.

1. After finishing operation, add water to the funnel and let the machine run for 1 minute to flush out remaining soy milk, then turn it off.
2. Remove the funnel and rinse it directly with water.
3. Release the safety buckles on the side of the machine and remove the upper cover.
4. Remove the grinding wheels using the provided wrench.
5. Clean the grinding wheels with a brush to prevent residue sticking and mold.
6. Rinse the gauze filter and stainless steel filter.
