1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the base of the lamp.
2. Using a small screwdriver (not included), unscrew the cover and remove it.
3. Insert 3 x LR6/AA 1.5V batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity as indicated inside.
