2. Fix Indoor Wooden Board: Prepare and fix a wooden board inside the vehicle for mounting the indoor unit.
3. Install Indoor Unit: Mount the indoor evaporator unit onto the prepared board.
4. Install High & Low Pressure Pipelines: Connect the high and low pressure refrigerant lines between the indoor and outdoor units. Ensure connections are tight and sealed.
5. Install Connecting Line, Drain Pipe, and Power Line: Connect all electrical wiring, the condensate drain pipe, and the main power supply line.
6. Vacuum and Add Refrigerant: This step requires specialized tools (vacuum pump, refrigerant filling gauge) and R-134A refrigerant. Evacuate the system for 15 minutes to remove air and moisture, then add the specified amount of R-134A refrigerant.
7. Connect the Power Cord to the Battery: Connect the main power cord to your 12V DC battery system, ensuring correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative).
