2. Select the corresponding nosepiece from the storage on the handle.
3. Unscrew the currently installed nosepiece (if any) from the front of the rivet gun.
4. Screw the selected nosepiece firmly into place using the provided nosepiece wrench. Ensure it is tightened securely to prevent loosening during operation.

Follow these steps for proper operation of your Libraton Rivet Gun:

1. Pripravite materiale: Align the base metal and joint material precisely at the fastening position. Secure the materials to prevent shifting.
2. Drill Pilot Hole: Using an HSS drill bit of the correct diameter (matching your rivet size), drill a pilot hole at a right angle through both materials.
3. Vstavite zakovico: Ensure the correct nosepiece is installed on the rivet gun. Insert the blind rivet into the prepared hole. Push the rivet firmly until its flange is flush against the material surface.
4. Operate Rivet Gun: Place the nosepiece of the rivet gun over the rivet's mandrel. Squeeze the handles of the rivet gun together firmly and steadily. Continue squeezing until you hear a distinct "pop" sound, indicating that the rivet has been compressed and the mandrel has broken off.
5. Odstranite trn: After the rivet is set, release the handles. The broken mandrel (cut shaft) should fall out of the nosepiece. If it does not, refer to the Troubleshooting section.

8.1 Mandrel (Cut Shaft) Does Not Eject

If the broken mandrel remains stuck inside the nosepiece after setting a rivet, this can occur if a rivet of a different size from the nosepiece was used, or due to debris.

• Check Nosepiece Size: Ensure the installed nosepiece matches the rivet diameter.
• Use Cut Shaft Removal Nozzle: For newer versions of the kit, a dedicated cut shaft removal nozzle is included. This nozzle can be screwed onto the front of the rivet gun. Insert the stuck mandrel into the nozzle and gently push to dislodge it.
