This instruction manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your MAX MXSA001 315MHz Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors. These sensors are designed as direct replacements for various Toyota models, ensuring accurate tire pressure monitoring for enhanced safety and vehicle performance. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference.
2. Varnostne informacije
- Priporočena profesionalna namestitev: Installation of TPMS sensors requires specialized tools and knowledge. It is highly recommended that these sensors be installed by a qualified technician.
- Pravilen navor: Ensure valve stem nuts are tightened to the specified torque (4 Nm or 35 in-lbs) to prevent air leaks and sensor damage.
- Montaža pnevmatik: Exercise caution during tire mounting and demounting to avoid damaging the sensor.

4. Nastavitev in namestitev
Proper installation is crucial for the correct functioning of the TPMS. It is strongly recommended that installation be performed by a certified automotive technician.
4.1 Preverjanje pred namestitvijo
- Confirm that the MXSA001 sensors are the correct replacement for your vehicle's OEM part numbers (e.g., 4260733021, 4260706011, 4260733011, 426070C020, 426070C010, 42607AD020, 4260704010).
- Inspect each sensor for any visible damage before installation.
4.2 Sensor Mounting
- Odstranite pnevmatiko s kolesa.
- Carefully remove the old TPMS sensor and valve stem.
- Insert the new MAX MXSA001 sensor's valve stem through the valve hole from the inside of the rim.
- Secure the valve stem nut from the outside, tightening it to 4 Nm (35 in-lbs). Ne zategnite preveč.
- Ensure the sensor body is properly seated and does not interfere with the tire bead during mounting.
- Mount the tire back onto the wheel, taking care not to damage the sensor.
