1. Uvod

The Selec CH-403-2 is a precision temperature chiller controller designed for industrial and commercial applications requiring accurate temperature regulation. 2. Varnostne informacije

3. Nastavitev

3.1 Razpakiranje

Carefully remove the controller from its packaging. Inspect the device for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.

3.2 Montaža

The CH-403-2 is designed for panel mounting. Cut an opening of 45mm x 45mm (1.77" x 1.77") in the panel. Insert the controller into the opening and secure it using the provided mounting clamps. Ensure a snug fit to prevent dust and moisture ingress.

3.3 Žične povezave

Refer to the wiring diagram located on the side of the controller or in the detailed technical specifications. Ensure all connections are secure and correct before applying power.

  • Napajanje: Connect the appropriate AC voltage (e.g., 230V AC) to the designated power terminals.

4. Delovanje

4.1 Prikaz končanview

The front panel features a digital display showing the process value (PV) and set point (SV), along with indicator LEDs for output status (e.g., ON/OFF, Alarm).

4.2 Funkcije gumbov

  • Gumb SET: Uporablja se za vstop v način nastavitve parametrov in potrditev izbir.

4.3 Setting Temperature Setpoint (SV)

  1. Pritisnite NASTAVI button once. The SV value will flash.
  2. Uporabite UP or DOL buttons to adjust the setpoint to the desired temperature.
  3. Pritisnite NASTAVI button again to confirm the new setpoint. The display will return to showing the PV.

4.4 Konfiguracija parametrov

To access advanced parameters such as hysteresis, calibration offset, or delay times, press and hold the NASTAVI button for several seconds until the first parameter code appears. Use the GOR/DOL buttons to navigate through parameters and the NASTAVI button to select and modify values. 5. Vzdrževanje

5.1 Čiščenje
