5. Nastavitev

5.1 Namestitev baterije

1. Odprite pokrov predalčka za baterije na zadnji strani ure.
2. Insert 2 x 1.5V AA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.

5.2 Initial Power-On and DCF Signal Reception

Upon inserting the batteries, the clock will automatically power on and begin searching for the DCF radio signal. This process can take several minutes. During this time, the DCF icon (often a radio tower symbol) will flash on the display.

• Once the signal is successfully received, the time, date, and day will be set automatically, and the DCF icon will appear steadily on the display.
• The clock will automatically adjust for summer and winter time changes.

If the signal is not received within 10 minutes, the clock will proceed with default settings. You can then manually set the time or wait for the next automatic synchronization attempt (usually hourly or daily).

6. Navodila za uporabo

6.1 Ročna nastavitev časa (če signal DCF ni na voljo)

1. Pritisnite in držite NASTAVI button (located on the back) for a few seconds until the hour digits start flashing.
2. Uporabite UP or DOL gumbi za nastavitev ure.
3. Pritisnite NASTAVI again to confirm the hour and move to minutes. Adjust minutes with UP/DOL.
4. Nadaljujte s pritiskom NASTAVI to cycle through and set the year, month, date, and day of the week language (DE, EN, ES, FR, IT, NL, DA).
5. Pritisnite NASTAVI one last time or wait for 15 seconds for the settings to be saved automatically.

6.2 Nastavitev alarma

1. Pritisnite ALARM button (located on the back) once. The alarm time will be displayed.
2. Pritisnite in držite ALARM button for a few seconds until the alarm hour digits start flashing.

4. Pritisnite ALARM again to confirm the hour and move to minutes. Adjust minutes with UP/DOL.

6.3 Alarm Activation/Deactivation

• Če želite aktivirati alarm, pritisnite VKLOP / IZKLOP ALARMA switch (located on the side/back) to the 'ON' position. An alarm icon will appear on the display.

To clean your ADE CK1940 alarm clock, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, sprays, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface or internal components.

When the display becomes dim or the clock stops functioning, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the steps in Section 5.1 for battery installation. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type (2 x 1.5V AA).

• No Display / Faint Display: Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the right polarity. Replace old or depleted batteries with new ones.
