Odpravljanje težav

  • Brez napajanja: Prepričajte se, da so baterije pravilno nameščene in dovolj napolnjene. Po potrebi jih zamenjajte.
  • No Link Established (Link Chain icon off/blinking):
    • Preverite, ali je ethernetni kabel poškodovan.
    • Verify the network port on the switch is active and correctly configured.
    • This could indicate bad cabling or a switch hardware failure.
  • Weak PoE Power (Lightning Bolt icon yellow):
    • The cable might be too long or damaged.
    • There might be an issue with the switch port providing PoE.
  • DHCP Issues (DHCP text red):
    • If using static IP, check for duplicate IP addresses on the network.
    • If using DHCP, the DHCP server might be misconfigured or not responding.
  • Gateway/Internet Ping Failures (Cloud icon red/yellow):
    • Check if the LinkSprinter's IP address is correct.
    • The gateway might be down or configured to ignore pings.
    • Yellow indication suggests high network traffic or a busy gateway.
