Nadzor temperature

The unit is equipped with a digital thermostat and LED display for precise temperature control. The recommended operating temperature range for optimum preservation of foods and beverages is 33-41°F (0.5-5°C). Refer to the digital display to monitor the internal temperature. Consult the separate digital controller manual (if provided) for detailed instructions on setting and adjusting the temperature.

Loading the Merchandiser

Arrange products on the adjustable wire shelves, ensuring not to block the internal airflow vents. Overloading the unit or blocking airflow can impair cooling efficiency. Allow sufficient space between items for proper air circulation.

Use a stiff brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the condenser fins.
