This manual provides instructions for the Impact D1000 1,000W AC Dimmer Control. This device is designed to provide stepless 0-100% power control for quartz halogen or incandescent light sources up to a maximum of 1,000 watts. It operates on 110-120V AC power and features a 3-prong US grounded plug and input.

5. Nastavitev

6. Navodila za uporabo

To operate the Impact D1000 dimmer:

1. After setup, slowly move the sliding rheostat control from the minimum (off) position towards the maximum position.
2. The light intensity of your connected lamp will increase as you move the slider towards the maximum.
3. Adjust the slider to achieve the desired brightness level.
4. To turn off the light, slide the control back to the minimum (off) position.

Opomba: There is no separate on/off switch; the dimmer function also serves as the power control. Always ensure the slider is at the minimum position before connecting or disconnecting devices.

Zamenjava varovalke

The Impact D1000 dimmer is equipped with a replaceable 15A/250V fuse to protect against overcurrent. If the dimmer stops functioning, the fuse may need replacement. The unit includes 2 spare fuses.

1. Odklop napajanja: Unplug the dimmer from the wall outlet before attempting any fuse replacement.
2. Dostopna varovalka: Carefully open the dimmer unit's casing to access the internal circuit board and fuse holder. Refer to the image below for guidance.
3. Odstranite staro varovalko: Gently remove the blown fuse from its holder.
4. Vstavite novo varovalko: Insert a new 15A/250V fuse into the holder. Ensure it is seated correctly.
5. Zapri Casing: Securely close the dimmer unit's casing.
6. Test: Plug the dimmer back into the wall outlet and test its functionality.
