- Keep the old spring bars if they are in good condition, as they will be needed for the new band.
- Install the New Band:
- Insert one end of a spring bar into one of the holes on the watch lug.
- Place the new watch band section between the lugs.
- Using the spring bar tool, compress the other end of the spring bar and guide it into the corresponding hole on the opposite lug.
- Gently tug on the band to ensure it is securely seated and the spring bar is properly engaged in both holes.
- Repeat this process for the second half of the watch band.
